Tour Guidelines

House tour tips

Our goal is to leave our homeowners' properties as we found them. We ask that you abide by some simple guidelines while participating in the tour:

• Bring this official Home and Garden Guide Book with you to all locations. The Guide Book is your ticket and needs to be stamped for entry. Please note that every person on the tour must have a ticket to participate, including all children.
• Visit the homes and gardens on the tour in any order you please.
• Please be courteous when parking your vehicle -- be considerate of all neighbors.
• Please honor all "out of bounds" areas whether they are noted by the docent or have been roped off.
• Please refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, wearing high or sharp heels, taking pictures or sketches inside the homes, and touching the furnishings.
• For your comfort and safety, please wear flat walking shoes and watch for steps and uneven surfaces as you visit the homes and gardens. Please be sure to wipe your shoes on all floor mats.
• Please refrain from using cell phones while touring the homes.
• Children must be accompanied at all times by a parent or other responsible adult and, please, no strollers in the homes.
• Public restrooms are noted on the Guide Book map. Bathrooms in the tour homes are not open to the public.
• In the case of rain, visitors will be asked to remove shoes and leave umbrellas outside under cover.
• Lastly, please have fun and enjoy the tour.
